I clearly asked if a HACKED Shiny Zygarde would separate and reform to become Shiny again.

Separating a Zygarde results in everything about the Pokemon disappearing, and using the assembly results in a fresh Zygarde, new Nature and all. I'd assume that separating a shiny Zygarde won't let you assemble a shiny Zygarde.

as long as you dont seperate a zygarde into nothingness and only downgrade it to 10% it should stay shiny

If you downgrade it it stays shiny, if you upgrade it it stays shiny, if you completely disassemble it theirs no code for "shiny cells" so it can't be reassembled as shiny unless one of the forms was shiny.
