The easiest available is the event Munchlax with Hold Back (same as False Swipe), Snorlax learns Yawn at level 20.
Otherwise, Smeargle is the champ.

Ev training is actually pretty easy this gen. Get pokerus and sos battle. You get double EVs in sos battles, plus pokerus is x4. Fight something that gives 2evs and that's 8 EVs per Pokemon. Takes time but it's not too bad

I've used worry seed on every one, specifically because gabite comes with takedown and would kill itself after being false-swiped. Sand veil every time.

I think the worst part is that some of the SoS chains are obviously set up just to be a dick to the player. Infinite sandstorm with a pokemon that locks your items so you can't leftovers off the damage, spams accuracy down and swagger, if you ever miss and have two up together they start using swagger on each other to risk killing themselves outside of your control, and ultimately your target is set up to kill itself if false-swiped, with the other pokemon packing a dark move for ghosts thinking they'll block takedown. Oh, and the sandiles that come in at level 31 spam dig as well, just to slow you down because they can't call for help while underground.

I'm sure stuff like mareanie and abra are a massive pain in the ass as well. SoS seems cool for random pokemon showing up, but atrocious for the only way to get hidden abilities.

Okay, I've been shiny hunting via SOS to get a Shiny Stufful, and I want it to be adamant. I hunted down two before reading up on how synchronize is supposed to work in SOS battles. I have a mon in the front that's fainted with Adamant and caught some pokemon to see if it worked. Out of the five I caught, only 1 was adamant. Am I doing something wrong or am I just unlucky?
