Put a Darkinium Z on it so you can pull off Z-Parting Shot which is a busted move.

Timid nature
Either a nasty plot set with technician
Or a support fur coat set with parting shot taunt toxic foul play

Some guidelines:
Technician is a meme with 75 Special Attack, and you won't be setting up Nasty Plot without Fur Coat or a Focus Sash anyway.

EVs are best spent on Speed and HP.

Foul Play should be your main damaging move, except maybe in Doubles where you'll be low on moveslots if you're using Fake Out and Snarl.

Works pretty well for me. You could probably breed one with Fur Coat and invest in 252 HP and 252 speed and have batter results. You could do replace Snarl if you were to do something like that.
