I like it, helped me a lot during my D/P playthroughs since it tanks pretty well and its typing is amazing. I definitely would've liked it better if those were actual arms so it would look more like a scorpion, but its alright like it is.

I think the wanted to make a scorpion, but didn't want it to be just a scorpion, so they moved those claws to its head to try to make it weird.

I think the worsst designed pokemon would be kyurem-b, it feels overdesigned, but I guess that happens when you try to fusion two pokemon like that.

The cool thing about the head claws is that, since actual scorpion claws are just modified pedipalps, which are located next to the mouth in arachnids, drapion's claw placement is anatomically accurate.

My main issue with Drapion is that it embodies most of the problems I have with a lot of Gen 4 (And 3) designs, in that it looks more like a toy than a real creature. I still like it a lot, but I'd kill to see how Drapion would've been designed in Gen 5 where they probably would've given it a more naturalistic look.
