You can only get one Porygon and its locked to Download. You may be able to breed one with trace, though.

OP here, I guess I have fucking Dyslexia, I was sure Adaptability was its HA. I used both my Up-Grade and Dubious Disc on a Download Porygon so now I have to breed a new one and plah the fucking Battle Tree to get a new Up-Grade and DD.
