Yes. I usually have my Pokemon hatch in a city I like, in a notable location, or somewhere that reflects their type. (ie, Grass Pokemon in a forest.)

It's a very serious condition.

I had this during Black 2. I would always hatch my eggs to where I think they would be in the wild but if I didn't know a good location I just used Black City. Glad I grew over that phase.

Electric Mons in the Power Plant, Grass Mons in Viridian/Ilex Forest, Fire mons on Cinnabar Island, etc.

It's not worth the headache, especially considering all the location data will disappear when/if you transfer to the next game

I'm basically just a Pokemon breeder/collector and I do this sometimes if I'm making like, a designer perfect Pokemon.

At the most, I just went home to hatch the egg, but I didn't do it very often.

I've been doing this since Gen 4, but mostly just for my best bros and bred shinies.

Instead of optimal IVs, the IV spread graph should now create a shape that resembles or relates to the pokemon if possible, for maximum aesthetic trophy points.

Example: A Vikavolt should have perfect IVs except for speed, which should be 0. Now the chart resembles its two prongs.

Butterfree and Ribombee should have perfect IVs in all stats but speed and HP, which are 0. The chart resembles butterfly wings.
