Solgaleo is barely holding on its own on Ubers.
Lunala has a place thanks to not-multiscale.

The only ones doing worse are Kyurem.

You mean only Solgaleo. Outside of the Xerneas check, it has nothing else going for it, it's in the same situation as Reshiram. At least Lunala has good coverage and can perform well as a hard hitting special mon. Although we have White Kyurem for that role.

I just wish that Radiant Sun and Full moon phase would have had a bigger part in the story. They literally don't mention it at all during the story and if i didn't look at Lunala when I was in UB Dimension I wouldn't have noticed it.

Tough claws having a damage boost is fine, out makes up for no life orb, but clear body makes it far more useful, especially in official formats

They're 20 BST apart. And Mega Metagross staying OU last gen was a close thing at one point. A Mega Metagross with Fire coverage, the ability to hold an item, and Z-Splash memes would eat the tier whole.
A Solgaleo suspect test is still something I'd like to see.

Oh, well that's different. Intimidate, while still fairly common, doesn't define the meta in singles nearly as much. And since the question specifically asked about OU, then how it performs in 6v6 singles is what's important here. Tough Claws is far better than Clear Body in that format.
