Give it access to Cross Chop. Brick Break is too weak to really threaten Steel-types and it can't learn Earthquake either. It would give a pretty nice Choice Scarf set.

-Stone Edge (100% accurate, STAB, huge base power, solid attacking type)
-Cross Chop (100% accurate, would deter Steel-types from switching in for free, high chance of crit is always nice)
-Crunch (solid damage, good attacking type)
-Fire Fang (to hit Ferrothorn/Scizor harder than Cross Chop or Stone Edge would)
