Keep it, since as it is a physical attacker does not need a Hidden Power and you can increase its IVs with the bottle caps.
The problem is the Pokéball, if you didn't catch it in Levelball you will have to release it.

OP, reset on this one if you have a synchronizer. 31 sp att IVs are useless, youd be better to have it in another stat so youll use less bottle caps later.
