Its not really that great but it does have its uses. It might be better if it worked liked OP mentioned though. I do think it should also have another ability just so you can run something else other than priority spam on it.
Really they should have just given it uturn, You're still getting hit, but you get to actually choose when you switch and you do a bit of damage in in return

It kinda sucks that its ability and signature move have really crappy synergy with other things. If you run Life Orb, it slowly puts you into Emergency Exit territory. You can't run boosting sets because of the ability and First Impression is useless with boosting. Choice items suck with anything that only works on the first turn out, and it doesn't have the movepool for one anyways. You're essentially limited to AV/Leftovers/Expert Belt/Plate/Z-move.

How OP would Golisopod be if his abitlity was a reverse Wimp Out?
