4x fighting weakness and shitty SpD, and they introduce the special/physical split in the next gen. He's almost as pathetically easy to deal with as Avalugg.

Then they fucked up his Mega, giving him Filter, but leaving him with only 80 SpD; left him as fodder with no significant boons to capitalize on. His movepool is so shit that Rock Head/Head Smash is the best way to make him threatening. They fucked that up with the Mega by stripping his Rock typing, so now he has to rely on all those great Steel STABs like Iron Head and Heavy Slam.

Here's what his stat spread should have been:
HP - 100
Atk - 130
Def - 130
SpA - 60
SpD - 80
Spe - 30

And fuck the mega.
