ITT: Create a move that you think would benefit a certain Pokemon/Type

Short-Circuit
110 BP, 90ACC
Physical

The user zaps the opponent using some sort of appendage as a conductor. Landing this attack will result in burning the opponent. If this move is used on an opponent that is already burned, the user will take recoil damage.

Pokemon that learn this move: Not Pikachu, Ampharos family, Manectric family, Luxray family, Electivire, Zebstrika, Eeelektross, Xurkitree, Galvantula, Zekrom, Vikavolt, A-Golem.

>>30648744
Forgot to mention that it's Electric type but I think that's obvious enough.

Dry Blizzard
Ice
100 BP, 100 accuracy
Special
10 PP
Deals damage, and is super effective against Water-types

Basically a stronger version of Freeze Dry. This would be Articuno's signature move. (Similar to Mewtwo's Psystrike and Victini's Searing Shot)
>>
>>30648928
Forget to mention: Like Freeze-Dry, this move would have a 10% chance of freezing the target.

Description (Same as Freeze-Dry): "The user rapidly cools the target. This may also leave the target frozen. This move is super effective on Water types."
>>

Im not a faggot
Normal
0BP, 0AC
Special

When used if anybody in the game has a Grachomp or Aegislash they automatically lose the game.

Anybody but those two can learn it.
>>
>>30648744

I like it a lot but it has too much IMO. Make it 90 BP and maybe take out the free burn condition (not the recoil condition cause GF) and it would be THE physical electric move though.
>>
Timed freeze
Ice
BP: 40
AC:80%
PP: 20
The user emits a quick burst of slow acting crystals that solidify the opponent. The opposing pokemon can't use a move during the next turn (they can switch).

too good?
>>
>>30649259
>>30648782
Yeah I thought it needed reworking, too. Perhaps make it a Physical Electric-type version of Scald? That'd be more balanced (more balanced than Scald is anyway since Ground would be immune to the attack).
>>
>>30649295
Perhaps you could make it so the move has a very high chance of freezing the opponent instead? I feel that the Freeze status condition is very underutilized and would make Ice-types a hell of a lot more viable.

>>30648928
>>30649023
Lower the accuracy of the move a bit and you're golden.

>>30649049
lmao
>>
>>30648744
Draco Force
100 BP
100 Accuracy

The user's higher offensive stat determines if this move is physical or special (higher attack means it's physical and vice versa). Basically meant to be a stronger Dragon Claw that's more reliable than Dragon Rush. Also gives special attackers access a stronger Dragon STAB than Dragon Pulse without resorting to the special attack drop from Draco Meteor.

Phoenix Fire
Fire
80 BP
100 Accuracy
10 PP
Special
Learned by: Moltres, Ho-Oh

"The user attacks the target with a magical flame. The user's HP is restored by over half of the damage taken by the target."

Phoenix Fire inflicts damage on the target and restores the user's HP by 75% of the damage dealt.
If the user is holding a Big Root, the HP restored is increased by 30%. Big Root does not increase the damage dealt.
If the target has the Ability Liquid Ooze, the user will lose the amount of HP it would have gained instead.
Phoenix Fire cannot be used if the user is under the effects of Heal Block.
>>
We are number one
120 BP, 95 ACC

The user converts the move into its respective type and then launches 3 of its brethren/sisters at the opponent. Has a 30% chance to raise speed.

Dragon type Frost Breath, uses a similar animation as twister but thinner and from the users mouth.

Can be learned by any dragon egg group pokemon that can learn twister, but only Pelipper and Shiftry as move tutor/eggmoves
>>
Unknown Force
??? (Typeless)
180 BP
100 ACC
10 PP
Opponent's lowest defensive stat determines if this move is physical of special.
Learned by: Unown. Cannot be learned through Sketch but may be used randomly through Metronome.

"The user call upon its brethren (Unowns) and attack with a mysterious power. This may lower the target's attacks stats. After making its attack, the user rushes back to switch place with a party Pokemon in waiting"

Unknown Force is typeless. If the target's Defense stat is lower, this attack is physical. If the target's Special Defense stat is lower, this attack is special. Have 20% chance to lower both Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage.

Fist of the Ursa
Typing is based on user's primary typing
90 BP
0 ACC
10 BP
Physical
Learned by: Teddiursa, Cubchoo, Pancham lines. Cannot be used by pokemon no of these lines.

The user's chest glow with 7 spots and attack target's vital points with precision, then turn and slowly walk away from target. This attack never misses. This may lower all of the target's stats.

Status

The user heats up it's armor plating for one turn. If hit with a water type move, the user becomes immune to water and fire type moves until switched out or end of battle.

Available primarily to Steelix, Aggron, Metagross and Aegislash. Move tutor to select other so as to not be broken.

>>
Soul Split. Subsitute, but needs 1/2 of your hp to work.
>>
>>30650947
things I was turning over in my mind were
>making it adopt fire type weaknesses in exchange for heating up it's armor indefinitely
>making so that if it's hit by any super effective move while red hot [ground, fighting in addition to any secondary typing it has] it activates Temp.
>Going the Toucannon route and making it a guaranteed burn if hit by a physical move
>Taking super effective damage from water for one turn, but def and sp.def are maxed out afterward.
>>
>>30651051

Also
>Physical Electric types EVER being viable

Xurkitree, Zekrom, and Manectric are busted with the move's original description but all the other Pokemon are shitmons. It's just throwing a bone to physical electric types which have shitty Wild Charge as their only viable attack
>>

The User regrows lost parts of their body; and harder than ever!

>>30649295
I like it, freeze is the only status that can't reliably be inflicted. I'd forgo the the attack and make it a status move like spore, thunder wave, will-o-wisp, etc. Increase the accuracy but keep the slow effect so it's like a Ice Yawn

water resists ice, so freeze dry makes sense, but fairy is outright immune to dragon. needs reworking so it acts like smack down or thousand arrows and allows dragon type moves to do normal damage instead.

extremely useful as a counter to Toxic in the metagame, Gliscor earthquake sweeping, and useful in doubles on your dragon pokemon, etc to resist fairy.

priority -4/ last 3 turns; now all the pokes on the field has the same speed after modifiers, so it cancels the effects of items, moves or abilities.

and an ability
>fast learner
halves the damage of any move used against it in the same battle; for example, if it's the first time it recieves X attack is counted normal, the second time it's 1/2, the third time 1/4 and so on; the mon has to take damage to activate this ability, so protect and substitute don't work with it.
