how long do the pokémon center plushes take to start being sold in the u.s.? i know there were plushes of the starters + box legends being sold in japan around 2 months before the games came out, and the starter plushes only got here about a week before the game came out with no solgaleo or lunala plushes in sight. the 2nd "wave" with rockruff/pikipek/komala/togedemaru/alolan vulpix was available in japan when the games came out, but i don't know the release date for them over here yet.

It's hard to say, because the website opened almost a full year after XY came out, so we can't compare it to the release waves of last gen. It's gotten things just a month or two after the Japanese release, and other times it takes more than a year for things to show up (looking at you, shiny Mega Metagross). They'll probably want to start whoring out the Gen 7 merch while the games are still hot, though, so I wouldn't expect to wait an insane amount of time.

Wave 2 could appear on the site tomorrow for all I know, they seem to add things randomly and with zero warning.

I bought this Wailord plush (33 cm) today from a local plush shop. For $15 CAD, it was pretty cheap for a big pokeplush compared to the rest. Yeah, it's inaccurate, but I'm sure I'll come to love it.

I'm not a plush guy, but I'd love little vinyl figures. (which I'm sure exist).

Those Pokemon Center and TCG pins have me by the balls.
I've got most of the eeveelutions (missing the newest two, where is sylveon tho), the spooky pikachu set, the base form gen 1 starters, and all the mythicals released via the tcg packs.
I'm spreading them among some of my hats and wearing them proudly. Most people think they're the Disney collector pins anyway.

I collect the tomy monster collection series. Currently have all of gen 1 & 2, and a decent chunk of the rest. Got all they made of gen 6 which was like, 12 whole figures. Currently waiting on the gen 7 figures to drop in price and goddamn I really want a mimikyu figure. They just announced bewear for January too.
