There's only one measurement, Drifloon is 1ft 4in, I'm the 5ft 6in. And there's zero reason to assume you'd measure a balloon by its "wingspan." The pokedex doesn't even measure things with actual wings by wingspan all the time. For example: fucking Crobat is actually 5'11" head to toe, wings be damned.
