I can see shows if you want your mon slow but I don't get defense lowering

Mixed sets exist. Sometimes you want to use both attacking stats.

Also lowered Speed can be beneficial in specific circumstances (Gyro Ball sets, namely).

IV breeding is easier and quicker than hypertraining. And there's also a ton of egg moves you would want.

Do you have access to Unlimited EXP, though? You have to be Lv 100 to use Hyper Training.

IVs don't take much time at all to breed for. It's the other shit that takes a while.

Codes for SuMo are basically in "Alpha". To get them you have to buy a Prime point rn, the codes will be released for free in January or smth, iirc close to the pokébank
