I did play the meta. Mimikyu gets a free swords dance, but thats not enough due to its shitty stats and shitty movepool.
Most sweepers are faster than him, so he is forced to use shadow sneak, play rough, swords dance and one other move, which usually is substitute because if you dont use it, will o wisp ruins desguise....
