All three are big fucking tourist destinations. France and Hawaii especially are THE places the Japanese get obsessed with and occupy a large presence in their pop culture as "attractive foreign vacation locations." For fucks sake, there's a fucking syndrome for disappointed Japanese tourists in Paris. Honolulu has entire tour bus companies dedicated solely to Japanese tourism. It'll be Korea before India, and we all know how much the Japanese dislike the Koreans (despite Korea itself being a top travel destination for the Japanese).
