Adamant or Jolly?

Jolly.

I believe it's Jolly for singles, but for doubles or VGC20XX it should be Adamant. Right?

Jolly for SD. Adamant for 4 attacks.

But Always Run Adamant until Pokebank is realeased because no Gen 7 Mon Outspeeds you.

If you don't use Jolly you are wasting Garchomp's godly speed stat.

Jolly always for an offensive set, be it SD or Scarf.
