Ghosts are not hit by Double Edge. Double Edge's PP will get used, and Bewear won't take recoil damage because it didn't land a hit.

I get my pokes to level 100 on poni gauntlet, holding lucky egg +5 pick up meowths (exp share on to lvl them up) once meowths are lvl 80-100 rare candies help with getting the main poke from 90-100 easier. Takes a few hours
