Skellokey is great with how much it can wall with its three free substitutes. Doesn't do good damage, but good for status ailments and stopping sweepers. Just don't ever keep it in against enemies with Hammer Arm or Dragon/ Ice/Wood Hammer.

Double bug resist is in no way worth it, especially with how few and far between those are.

Add that the fact that Fly Bones has only barely better speed and special attack than Dry Bones and you'll see eviolite is the correct choice.
