I don't know most route 1 mons are memorable either because super frequent throughout the game or most people use them for a good portion of the game.

I do like goonie's crinkle cut mouth.
crinkle cut was always my favourite flavour of french fry.

I don't think I ever caught any of them early, just when it was time to complete dex. I usually only catch those mons that I either want to use, or I know are very rare/event and it would be a problem to find one again later.

Zigzagoon is great, i fucking hate Linoone though. What an uninspired piece of trash. If zigzagoon was from gen 6 it would become a bigger raccon with normal/electric type.
