Getting banned doesn't stop you from being a menace to a lower tier. That's why it's banned. Greninja has always been either OU or Ubers, never lower than "A" rank in viability, so obviously Starmie will never compare in Hyper offense

You'll find some decent teams there. There was a better thread about good cores for OU, I don't know where it is. You should focus on that first, make sure all of your 6 mons fulfill a certain role and can be supported by one another. Also take in account top threats like Pheromosa, Landorus, Greninja, Genesect, Tapu Lele and Hoopa when teambuilding.
