This. I got one in a Heal Ball and I think it looks fine, and I'm glad I didn't try for a Love Ball because I must have reset like 10 times to get a good IV spread as well as for my Timid Abra Synchronizer to work. Also, it's the cutest thing ever how its eyes water when you touch its hair in Refresh.

I'll say something nice about Pheromosa, too. I never really thought much about it until I saw its running animation as well as its kicking animation. Also its face reminds me of Valentina from SMRPG, so that's kinda neat.

Pheromosa and Celesteelia are the reasons why I even got Moon. Was so worth it.

Just use Bottle Caps. That Attack IV is unfortunate since you want it to be zero, but that's just min-max bullshit for confusion hits and Foul Play.
