Rest in pieces if you don't plan ahead well enough.

Dump your whole team several times like N.

use cute baby pokemon only. Stufful, cutiefly, starter, and some others.

Monotype run through.

Something like Grass, normal, water or fighting is probably your only choice if you don't trade, make things pretty damn hard.

Only use Bugs, but none of the new ones.

I hear that nuzlocke is actually really challenging on this game. I haven't tried it because that's not my thing, but if you want something hard I'd just do it.

Z-moves make nuzlocke merciless since your good mons can get snipped out of the blue.

Also Kukui is genuinely hard since your forced to use what you catch first time.
