1800 in BSS here, the only UB I regularly see is Celesteela. Sometimes, rarely, a Nihilego. I saw one 1680 player with a Xurkitree in the past two days of playing and I skullfucked him.

Pheromosa, Buzzwole, Xurkitree and Kartana are all hard countered by Marowak-A which is on literally every team because of this. UB spammers were literally free MMR in the first days of the meta. Guzzlord is countered by all of the Tapu.

It literally is not though. She has no good coverage against bulky fire types. Buzzwole, Kartana and Celesteela have the same problem.

Pheromosa isn't even OP in BSS because of how hard it gets reamed by Marowak-A and Aegislash.
