I also thought she was a little old lady til' they revealed her age. I think it's neat that she acts mature to the point where people assume she's older than she truly is. I would've been really simple to just made her act like cute and girlish like Acerola, but I think she's better the way she is even if they makes her boring or forgettable to some other people.
