They really should just let you check the stats/abilities of GTS offers. Trying to snag HAs or even simply decently bred mons is a total stab in the dark. At least seeing the ball now helps a bit.

One thing i´d like to know.

Lets say you have a fresh hatched tauros lvl 1.
Good iv´s and stuff, and you EV train it for 252 atk 252 speed and put the rest in hp.
(It doesnt need to make sense, just so we can have smth.)
If you level it onto 100 then, it´ll have those stats.

What if i do this with a lvl 60 tauros? will it have the same stats as the lvl 1? If yes, until which level does this work? Can a lvl 70 mon still have maximized stats?

Suppose at level 100 maxed EV adds 50 points to stat. At level 50 the same EV will add 20-30, at level 1 just a little bit

yeah, level 64 is too low to solo the e4. either get some backup or grind to about 90 or so (and even then you might have to use a few potions to stay alive)
