The only version exclusive ones are Mallow and Kiawe.

You fight Kiawe in Sun, and Mallow in Moon.

Just like how you fight Dexio in Sun, but Sina in Moon.

You can fight all of them in Battle Tree, regardless of version.

in Sun you can only fight Plumeria/Kiawe/Sina
in Moon you can only fight Guzma.Mallow/Dexio

I've done over 200 fights in the battle tree and i haven't seen any of the Moon exclusive ones.
