Mostly a lackluster movepool, I guess. It barely learns any fighting OR dragon moves through level up. It's 80% normal, and even those are half shit. I mean, Bide, Work Up, Protect. Shit's fucked up.

It should learn Power Up or Drain Punch at the very least. Iron Tail and Revenge, too. You could make a point to say that it doesn't have much in the way of teeth to learn Crunch and Bite, but still.

Elemental Punches through breeding would be pretty nice, too.

I can only imagine that they wanted to make a Dragon/Fighting pokemon for a long time but held back until fairies because they thought it would be too strong, and they still didn't want to make it too strong, even though we have shit like the Tapus of healthy meta and min-maxed UBs now and even more broken shit in the past like Megamence and Megamom.

If you mean by raising speed on hit, no I dont think so.

However, if it guaranteed lowering the defense of its target by one stage (or at worse, itself and its target), it would make for one hell of a mixed sweeper once the fairies are gone and give Clanging Scales a use that differs from Draco Meteor nuking somewhat.

It baffles me that it loses its own defense instead - I mean, one would think from that Dex entry that its rattling would unnerve its opponents instead.

Why did you do this, it ruins the mon for me the way he is now.

It looks like shit and battles like shit. It's dreadlocks are stupid, and you get it so late into the game that it's almost not even worth using. I took one through the Elite 4 tonight and it got like 2 kills out of like 30 opponent Pokemon (counting Hau and Kukui). On top of it being weak to so many common things especially at that point in the main game. Admittedly though, mine is Impish and I decided to use it physically anyways because it's only the NPCs, so I'm sure that has something to do with it, albeit not much. I'll give it a little leeway in that aspect.

I have no comment on the competitive scene though as I haven't used a proper one yet.

Every physical Kommo-o set gets outclassed by all the other physical dragons (even fucking Flygon of all things). Kommo-o is best used as a special attacker with Choice Specs or Autotomize for that speed boost.

Unlike Hydreigon, Kommo-o doesn't get walled by fat normal type like Porygon-2
