I'd say Kartana is the weakest link here, try scarf Nihilego or focus sash magic guard Alakazam, alternatively Magnezone is really good in this Metagame.

Why not Mega-Zam? He makes a good check to mega beasts and Mimikyu, since he can trace their abilities and outspeed every pokemon except for a few choice sets and Pheromosa. Its puts quite a damper on the parade of any player when you KO their mega beast and gain +1 SpAtk from tracing beast boost.
