In my humble opinion impish is better than careful, it might seem counter intuitive given that you lower the atk of Pokémon with tropical kick and people might pretend that is enough to pull a pseudo curse, but the ability to face tank initial blows from the physical side and then punishes them further is way more synergistic.

Tsareena can already resist most neutral ice beam and hp fire, I honestly find her to be a superior response to most physichal priority users and then a great U turner that lures certain Pokémon only to be punished by u turn+a trapper.

If you want special hazard control go Decidueye, if you want to use Tsareena to her fullest go physically defensive.

I'm pretty certain mangosteen queen is standard pokemon-to-human fare as she sees (You) as her leader and reserves her dommy attitude to her opponents. So she won't naturally be into S/M and it takes a strong trainer and lots of care to get to her kinkier side.

I run legs with z-splash, trop kick, hjk and u-turn. If I run into something shitty I use Pyuk with soak to make it water type and then trop kick it. Works for me.

It's good for what you have at the time as a replacement for Rapid Spin or Sweet Scent and the only other attacking moves you have at that point without TMs are Razor and Magical Leaf. What made it seem not worth it compared to the other moves?

Works well as a spinner, and general bulkymon. It can actually deal surprising damage with Rapid Spin, actually. I've considered getting one with Play Rough over HJK, but haven't decided for sure.

So the only way to get a Play Rough Bounsweet is by breeding? And the only breed is Comfey?

Does it need to know the move first and then it can be passed down? Do I really have to train a Comfey to level 49 just to get Play Rough? Are there any easier methods?

If you've made it to the Elite 4 then the Move Relearner can teach pokemon moves that they learn at higher levels, so you could just teach your Comfey Play Rough without needing to grind it up.
