All you need is a VIP with 2 star Treasure Hunt, and every time you install it you'll get a guaranteed bottlecap. Basically paying 100-150 FC per bottlecap if you wait for a rank up or if you replace it with a 1 star shop.

The first time. You then need to delete the shop. Next time you get it however, it will again count as "the first time". The clue is to buy it for 100 FC, get the Cap, replace it with a 1 star shop for 50 FC, then rebuy it for 100 FC and repeat

The color scheme of the shop. For example, I think the lotto shop is 00 for red counter, 01 for blue counter, 02 for gold everything, 03 for a black color scheme. Tents(I think?) and dye booths have more than 4 colors available.

It's not pkhex, you need to use a hex editor. Then open and save the file again in pkhex when you're done.
