I got a scrappy kangaskhan yesterday and it was the first one that showed up.

it is a 5% chance + (50% chance boost with compound eye) 2.5% so a 7.5% chance that means on average 1.5 out of 25 cubon will have the bone. The longest i went without an item encounter was razor claw and that was a 77 chain
