What could make a good Pikachu clone that isn't a rodent?

actually, that style of cockatiel would be pretty great. Give the feather tuft on the head a lightning bolt look, as well as the tail feathers, keep everything else relatively smooth, give it a nice yellow color with silver on the wings and feet. Possibly angry (but still cute) eyebrows.

Call it Shockatiel. Fast physical attacker, gets Brave Bird and Wild Charge, gets Reckless and Motor Drive as abilities. Signature Move is "Volt Perch" which protects Shockatiel and paralyzes anything that would have made contact with its attack.
