There isn't any blastoise fire truck in sun and moon. Also blastoise ain't even in the national pokedex. What do you think?

They never would have made it that far with the concept art though. Just look at the Pokemon Center. DESU I have a feeling this is stuff for the Switch version. The rumors are that it's been in development since S/M for 3DS, so this would stand to reason.
