RKS System and Multitype have been retconned. In return, their effects are programmed into the respective Z-Crystals, Plates and Memories. Kind of like how Genesect doesn't need to ditch an ability slot for the Drives to work.
Arceus will probably get Pressure so I won't bother asking, but what would you expect Silvally to get in exchange for RKS System?
