Wonder Guard also gets the benefits of Magic Guard. All it's Defence and Special Defense stats go into it's Attack/Speed.

It can be preserved as the ultimate win condition if you eliminate everything that can touch it on the other side, however because of its typing and weakness to hazards/status it is really too much effort.
It is still usable for niche teams like Shed Stall, but buffing wonder guard would probably do it more harm than good. If it were good enough to be seen commonly in any tier, said tier would probably pack even more shed answers than they do naturally

it requires some set up but I've used it to great success if someone doesn't have hard counter for it

in doubles, first turn is audino and gigalith
skill swap
audino is now sturdy, gigalith has regenerator
switch gigalith out and it will heal any damage it took on that first turn (thats just gravy)
shedinja goes out
audino uses entrainment
you now have a sturdy shedinja that can only be killed be weather and status or some other indirect means I havent realized
