Guy is just called D.I as far as we know. He was the one that deconfirmed the Ballio trio himself too, we haven't heard much from him since then nor do we know if he even uploads anything at all to a actual site.

Unless they're two separate artists, which I doubt at this point, that's all we really know of him

Some people are always up in arms about these designs, why not just half-ass it and put them in a romhack somehow

it'd be better than them being completely forgotten just because they have to be for some reason. There were a lot of people who made fan art about them either.

they might not be in the real games, but what's stopping someone from putting them in one of the earlier games as actual starters
