Kanto going to be the post-game in Stars in order to get all the nostalgiafags and genwunners to buy the Switch. Lillie is also getting a third outfit change for the post-game, she will wear a Kanto-style costume inspired by Leaf.

The Kanto pandering is very strong in gen 7 and I'm somewhat of a genwunner. My entire team is composed of Kanto mons, except for my starter. And I didn't try to exclude Aloha mons or anything.
