Spa, attack is mainly for Brave Bird, you're better off using STAB specials.

4 Atk is fine. Koko gets Work Up which buffs all of it's moves. Considering it's base special attack is lower, it needs all the power it can get.

4 Atk is ok. I use Z-Wild Charge if I want to hit something with a physical attack. My other moves are Dazzling Gleam, Grass Knot, and Thunder
