You still haven't denied Dhelmise's use as a counter. And even then, Decid does have various things to do against Tox depending on sets. If Tox doesn't have Haze, he can set up swords and pass. If it does, he can set up Tailwind and Defog inevitable spikes then switch to something while Tox works to relay hazards or switch into something now slower than your mon.
