Why does Game Freak do this? I mean I know why Mew learns it, but why do an ice crystal and a meteorite learn Attract if they don't even have recognizable genders?

Dhelmise can, too. At first I thought they were just being lazy fucks and copypasted it into every breedable mons' movepool, but after reading >>30543048 I just don't know anymore.

They should've made it so gender unknown mons can attract everyone, and let Pheromosa learn it for lore reasons (not like it would be any good with those defenses).
