Anyone know the happiness point value for every TM? I'm leveling for snorlax, blissey, all the happiness ones, and am wondering if it's more worthwhile to TM spam.

TMs do not affect happiness. However, happiness berries evolve them fucking fast as as SHIT in this game, and you can grow them very quickly on Pelago. I only started growing those berries this week and I have about 120 of each.

Finished the Alola dex a while ago. GTS makes it incredibly easy.
