I just found out you can hatch eggs straight from Poke Pelago.

I got eighteen Eggs and put them in Poke Pelago's hot springs before I slept, and only just checked them now. They all have an exclamation point and I tap them and they hatch right in Poke Pelago.

I probably could've hatched those eighteen eggs in maybe an hour at most, but it's a nice afk kind of thing. I was heading to sleep anyway so I figure I'd give it a shot.

It takes right around 24 Pomeg, Hondew or Qualot berries to get a baby pokemon happy enough to evolve.
Good if you're in a hurry. Probably old news though.
