Free Golden Cap Anywere?

Not OP, but I wouldn't mind if I could get a genned 'mon with a Ability Capsule and one with a Golden Bottle Cap to fix my Kommo-o and Magearna respectively.

it kinda sucks how they advertised Hyper Training yet made it so tedious and frustrating to utilize.

No but I only started today. Before now Ive been stone mining. I usually get ine rare stone per run. Ive been fishing up bottlecaps lately too and trading them on the gts for various legends and type nulls to hoard.

It's the "rare treasure" option (one of the other options lets you find anything from every option, so you can technically get it there, too). The odds are much better than you'd expect, but not exactly a reliable source of the things.
