I'd like to see one set in Africa. We'd probably get some great Pokemon inspired by all the animals out there, and contrary to what the media portrays, there are tons of huge and modern cities out there. We'd also be able to have an Egyptian inspired location with Pokemon inspired by that mythos.

With Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh you've already seen pretty much every aspect of Japan. Besides part of Pokemon's appeal is that it's a worldwide icon, staying in Japan would get tiresome.
