It's really fucking good in game I think. I caught one at level 16 and now it's level 54. It might be because it's adamant but it hits REALLY hard and can take a hit.

As far as competitive goes, I think it's best niche is as a spinblocker that can itself spin. It's only slightly less bulky than Tsareena, another grass type spinner, but it has two immunities, three STABs, and can spinblock. I think it's solid in UU.

+2 Bloom Doom kills most Stall mons dead and unlike Power Whip it has 100 Accuracy. I run Phantom Force sometimes if I have Toxic on one of my other mons. Pair him with something that has trouble with bulky waters like Salazzle.
