I can't imagine why you couldn't be able to get the Celebi on your Wii with that setup. You'd need a DS with a GBA slot and pokemon games from generations 3-5 in order to get it to your 3DS games though

Do you have a Japanese copy of a Gen 3 GBA game? Otherwise, I don't think the Jap Coleseum game can connect to the US/Pal GBA games.

I know that the GBA games and trade between regions. I just don't think the Gamecube games can.

No, no. I mean for for after that part, when OP trades it from the Colosseum save to the GBA game for transfer up to Gen 6. He will need a Jap Gen 3 GBA game for that. I don't think the Jap Colosseum game can trade to US/PAL GBA games.

One of the, I think less than 5, ways to get Celebi in Gen 3. The only way to get Celebi in Gen 3 in the modern year. Requires a Jap GameCube(hacked Wii), Jap Colosseum Bonus Disc, and Japanese Gen 3 cartridge. Can't be traded to English Gen 3 games or migrated directly to English Gen 4 games, but can be traded to English Gen 4 game from Jap Gen 4 game and then all the way up.
