Came here to post this. Abra is great, also hits pretty hard and is pretty fast for an unevolved 'mon so it'd be decent as a battler too. Assuming anime logic applies where all 'mons can compete on relatively even footing like Pikachu and various other NFEs, that is.

He's small, he's light, he's cute, he's strong, and although NO art ANYWHERE has EVER portrayed it, he's able to retract his claws so he can do normal stuff and cuddles~

I had a hard time choosing between him and Whimsicott, but I feel as though a true shouldermon should be NFE or one-stage.
