I used Inceineroar and Vikavolt. Vikavolt is a beast so don't replace it.
Golisopod forces a change when it's damaged which can get annoying, I used it too so I know, ditch it.

I'd replace Araquanid with a water type that doesn't have a rock weakness. If Vikavolt has acrobatics, you can ditch Toucannon too. I'd also add a fighting type move user, or teach Cross Chop to Incineroar.

You could probably win with that team though, but it will be a bit hard considering the rock weakness(and not jsut because an elite 4 is specialized in rock)

Mudsdable,Dugtrio and Crabominable yeah. A-Muk is covered by Incineroar I think. Going off the top of my head, I dont think Metagross will be signitifcantly useful(aside from the fact it's a Metagross).
